Return Policy
All authorized products must be returned within 30 days from shipment date. All items that are returned are subject to a restocking fee of 20% unless the manufactures restocking fee is higher. If the manufacturer’s restocking fee is more than 20% these additional fees will be passed on to the customer. The customer is responsible for all freight charges in both directions. Returned products MUST be in new condition with all packaging materials and manuals in place and accompanied by a “Return Authorization” number obtained from ProAlliance Corp. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled, the return may be rejected or additional charges may be applied.
